Account terms of use

These terms describe registration and the use of enquiries and order requests on the Mastika OKM website.

Purpose of the account

The account is for individuals and representatives of organisations. It supports profiles, organisations, addresses and properties, favourites, enquiries and order requests, and displays events confirmed by authorised staff.

Account and access

Users provide a current email address, protect their password and do not share their session. An organisation owner or administrator manages invitations and member roles. Each member acts within assigned permissions.

Enquiries and order requests

Submitting an order request is not an online purchase and does not confirm price, stock or supply timing. Commercial terms appear only after authorised staff enter real information.

Payments and shipments

The site has no online payment, card form, Faster Payments System flow or payment redirect. The account shows amounts, received payments and shipment stages recorded manually by staff. Contact ООО «МТО Сервис» if the information differs from your records.

Supply area and documents

The confirmed supply area is Russia. Product documents are published in their original Russian. Other-language site text is provided for reading convenience and does not create a separate official document.

Security and account closure

ООО «МТО Сервис» may revoke sessions or restrict access when compromise or abuse is suspected. A user may request a data export or account closure at the contact address shown on the site.
