Mastika OKM is applied over the full surface of a compatible roof to form a continuous non-combustible coating. It protects the roof covering of warehouses, hangars, industrial, commercial and residential properties when exposed to sparks, open flame and burning fragments.

Application

From substrate checks to finished-coating inspection

Work follows the source application instructions in Russian. Follow the document and the conditions for the specific substrate.

Uncured mastic contains solvent. Follow the instruction's requirements for fire safety, ventilation and protective equipment. The non-combustibility of the cured coating does not describe the safety of uncured material.

    Compare the substrate with the list of compatible roof covering materials.

    Prepare a test area

    Apply the mastic to a 30×30 mm area and assess the finished coating after 1–2 days.

    Clean the surface

    Prepare a sound, dry and clean substrate.

    Apply the protective coating

    Build up the mastic in layers to the required thickness.

  5. 05

    Inspect the finished coating

    Check continuity, thickness and the quality of the protective surface.
