What the НГ certificate confirms and where КМ0 is stated
The certificate confirms the Russian НГ combustibility group under GOST 30244-94. The КМ0 fire hazard class is stated in the technical description. These classifications apply to the coating and do not automatically establish the fire hazard class of the entire roof assembly. The coating does not replace fire protection design, fire alarms or fire suppression systems.
Technical description: properties and compatibility
The document lists coating properties, application conditions and compatibility with 24 roofing materials. Check the exact variant and top surface. For example, Изопласт К is listed as compatible, while Изопласт П with fine-grained mineral surfacing is incompatible. Materials outside the list require agreement with the manufacturer.
Instructions: patch testing, thickness and consumption
Before work, carry out a 30×30 mm patch test and assess the coating after 1–2 days according to the instructions. The theoretical consumption of 4 kg/m² corresponds to a dry-film thickness of at least 3 mm. For roofing with mineral surfacing, follow the separate conditions in the instructions. Actual consumption depends on the surface; a calculation does not replace a survey and project design.
Conditions to check before application
The recommended application temperature is +5…+40 °C. Application down to −20 °C is permitted only under the special conditions in the documentation. Relative humidity must not exceed 80%; precipitation must be excluded. Uncured mastic contains solvent: follow the instructions on fire safety, ventilation and protective equipment.
